01 / Services

Three disciplines, one standard.

Testing is carried out using validated methods developed in accordance with international best practice and the principles of ISO 17025. Our work is delivered with GLP compliance, ensuring every result you receive is traceable, defensible, and ready for your records.

Independent water and soil analysis — sampled, measured, reported.

Our environmental services support consultants, businesses, and homeowners who need clear, defensible data on the water and soil they're responsible for. Each parameter is run on validated methods, with results delivered in a format ready for compliance reporting or operational decisions. Order a sampling bottle, send it back, and track your result online.

i.
Water testing pH, conductivity, turbidity, hardness, ammonia, nitrite, metals and microbiology — for drinking, process, and surface water.
ii.
Soil analysis Compositional and contaminant screening to support agricultural, recovery, and waste-acceptance reporting.
iii.
Tiered test packages Grouped panels at a set price, from a standard household screen to PFAS, pesticides and microplastics.
iv.
Clear reporting Results delivered with interpretation against the relevant regulatory and operational thresholds.

Screen · Quantify · Report Food & environmental analysis

Food analysis, held to the same analytical standard.

Alongside water and soil, we carry out food analysis for producers and businesses who need defensible data on the products they put out. Work is run on validated methods with full documentation, so results stand up to customer, retailer, and regulatory scrutiny.

i.
Compositional analysis Core parameters that characterise a product and support its labelling and specification.
ii.
Contaminant screening Targeted screening for the residues and contaminants relevant to your matrix.
iii.
Validated methods Every method developed in accordance with the principles of ISO 17025 — documented and traceable.
iv.
Business turnaround Standard turnaround for most work, with a 24-hour option available for time-critical samples.

Develop · Validate · Document Analytical methods · ISO 17025 principles

Method development and validation you can defend.

Where a standard method doesn't fit your sample or your question, we develop and validate one that does. Work is carried out in accordance with the principles of ISO 17025, with the documentation packaged so it can support your own accreditation, audits or regulatory submissions.

i.
Method development Building robust analytical methods fit for your sample matrix and reporting needs.
ii.
Validation studies Accuracy, precision, linearity, LOD/LOQ and robustness — evidenced and documented.
iii.
Instrument verification Verification and performance checks on the instruments the method relies on.
iv.
Audit-ready records A complete, traceable documentation pack you can hand to an assessor.

02 / Training

Hands-on training, delivered where it's needed.

Separate from our testing work, we deliver practical laboratory training on instrumentation, method development and validation — either at your laboratory or hosted at ours. Sessions are built around the techniques and instruments your team actually works with, so analysts leave confident on the bench, not just briefed in a slide deck.

Teach · Apply · Validate On-site or in our lab

Instrumentation, method development & validation.

Training is scoped to your team's needs and instruments. Whether you're bringing a new technique in-house, preparing for accreditation, or getting new analysts up to speed, we build the session around real work on real equipment.

i.
Instrumentation training Hands-on instruction on the instruments your laboratory operates day to day.
ii.
Method development Practical guidance on building robust analytical methods fit for your sample matrix.
iii.
Method validation Validation aligned with the principles of ISO 17025 — documented and audit-ready.
iv.
Flexible delivery On-site at your facility or hosted at ours — whichever fits your schedule and instruments.
03 / Contract research

A contract research partner, at the scale you actually need.

As a Contract Research Organisation we take on small-batch synthesis of fine chemicals and active pharmaceutical ingredients, alongside the analytical work that surrounds them. Projects run under GMP, under confidentiality, and with a single point of contact from scoping through to delivery — suited to teams who need milligram-to-kilogram quantities and a partner who will pick up the phone.

Scope · Synthesise · Deliver Small-batch, GMP

Small-batch synthesis, fine chemicals & APIs.

Not every project needs a commercial plant. Ours is built for the work that sits earlier than that — the compound that isn't commercially available, the reference standard nobody stocks, the batch you need to move a programme forward. We scope it honestly, tell you if it isn't feasible, and manage it as a project rather than an order.

i.
Custom & small-batch synthesis Fine chemicals and active pharmaceutical ingredients at milligram to kilogram scale.
ii.
Reference standards & impurities Compounds that aren't commercially available, prepared for use in your own analyses.
iii.
Route scouting & optimisation Developing a workable route, or improving one you already have, before it scales.
iv.
Research project management We run the project end to end — scoping, progress reporting and a documented handover.
04 / Approach

Beyond the result. The reasoning.

A tested sample and a printed certificate are the surface of any laboratory's work. We're judged by what sits underneath — the way the method was developed, the way the sample was handled, and the way the result is explained back to you.

Defined scope

Every engagement starts with a documented scope — what's being tested, against which thresholds, and what the report needs to show. Clarity at the outset prevents the costly drift that happens when expectations are assumed.

Validated execution

Methods are developed and validated in accordance with the principles of ISO 17025. Instruments are calibrated, analysts are trained, and each link in the chain is documented — so the data answers for itself when questioned.

Interpreted findings

A number on a page isn't a conclusion. Every report is paired with plain-English commentary that places the result in context — what it means, where it sits against the relevant standard, and what action it suggests next.
